There are many areas of service within the Geary Baptist Church and an extra set of hands is always needed.  The weekly church bulletin will highlight any immediate “Help Wanted” situations and you are always welcome to contact Pastor Greg or one of Church Deacons.  There's ample opportunity to assist with the Sunday morning services, the Discovery Hour program, and with our various Youth programs that run through the year. (NOTE: please see the “What do I need to do in order to work with any of the Youth programs at Geary Baptist Church?" for important information.)

Each season brings unique opportunities to serve at Geary Baptist Church.  When September hits and it's “Back to School” time, this is when 'Discovery Hour' returns to our Sunday morning program and all of our youth programs begin a new season. 

Late Spring is usually when our Youth programs wind down so you may be interested in the 'End of the Year' special activities that are planned.

Summer always means “Vacation Bible School” and this has become a huge event for the surrounding community. VBS at GBC is usually held the 2nd or 3rd week of July and runs from Monday to Friday.  Preparation for the 2011 VBS program will begin as early as January 2011 so be sure to contact Co-Directors LaVonna Anderson  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
