Your team should be at the center
ONE hour before an event.
Things To Do
Make tea and coffee and 2 kinds of juice. Instructions inside
cupboard. Must be made and plugged in one hour to 45 minutes
before the meal. DO NOT PLUG BOTH POTS TOGETHER IN ONE SOCKET.
The big pot should be plugged in the gym and the small pot
in the kitchen. Your team will get at least 2 liters of milk
for the event. Cream if needed.
Set the tables and chairs (depend on event how many). Set
out at least 3 tables for food, one for tea and coffee, juice
on side. Once the big pot's light comes on red, and the small
pot's light is red you can plug them in the same socket out
in the gym. REMOVE bags and coffee grinds.
Set up tables with paper or plastic table clothes under first
cupboard. If plastic, make sure they are dried GOOD. Salt,
pepper, flowers and margarine if needed.
Forks, knives, spoons, napkins, plates are put on the table
with the food. Cups, sugar and milk on the table with the
coffee, etc. Ovens may need to be turned on low to keep food
warm.
After meal clean everything up, make sure your team takes
home dish clothes and towels to wash and bring back.
