Vacation Bible School dates are July 13th to 17th. The elementary age program is in the mornings and the junior high school/high school program is in the evenings.

This years VBS program needs someone to present a Bible story on Monday morning the 13th of July. If you can help out in this way please contact Denise Ranni at 357-9734 as soon as possible. Your assistance with this program is greatly appreciated.

There is a new sign up sheet for anyone who wants to help out and hasn’t yet signed up. Let’s join together in telling everyone about our wonderful Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

There will be a VBS meeting on Tuesday July 7 at 8:00pm for all VBS workers. Stan will be showing the Reducing the risk before the meeting at 7:30pm. If you need to watch this video, please attend Tuesday as you will not be able to work with the child if you have not seen the video.

God Sightings

Help kids see what God is doing all around us!

A burning bush…an assault of plagues…Jesus’ resurrection. The Bible tells us God performed big stuff—miracles—to make himself known. But he’s acting in our everyday lives and all around us, too. Help children understand that. Lead them to see the world differently, with God Sightings!

How It Works

Kids will keep an eye out for “God in action” in their everyday lives—they’ll even notice the daily demonstrations of his love that are often overlooked…

• Find four powerful things God made.
• Look for someone showing God’s love at a sporting event.
• Take a long drink of cold water—and thank God for providing the water you need to stay alive.

…and they’ll discover how they can be a God Sighting by showing Christ’s love.

• Place a fun treat or note on a family member’s pillow.
• Give a smile to someone who doesn’t have one.
• Share an extra-delicious chocolate chip cookie.

No matter what station they're exploring, kids will hear the daily Bible Point–and experience it in a new way! At Crocodile Dock, every activity plays an important role in the overall Bible learing experience. Kids will love this mulit-sensory trek through Crocodile Dock!

Day 1 – God is with us

Day 3 – God does what He says He’ll do
Day 4 – God gives us life
Day 5 – God cares for us

Operation Kid to KidTM - The 2007 Operation Kid-to-Kid missions program warms hearts and minds and allows children to share the joy of God’s love. Kids will learn what it means to help others as they create a Prayer Bear that says “Jesus” in English, Spanish, and French. Plus, everyone can personalize a Survivor's Bible to send along with the Prayer Bear to an orphan in Africa. Join us in one of the world’s largest forces mobilizing kids in serving others around the world.

MIDDLE SCHOOL VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - We also have a "Vacation Bible School" for Middle School youth. This event is to be held in the evening the same week as our "Crocodile Dock " VBS.
